These ideals are apparent in all decision-making throughout the company spanning from employee selection to design and development. The new linear structure applies the company’s cornerstone principles of TAO to the organizational and operational structure of the company. It uses alternative practices that may be considered unconventional yet innovative approaches to business such as no chain of command and the use of committees in the decision making process.
